In the serene village of Azhiyur, near Mahe Railway Station, stands the ancient and sacred abode of Chaturbahu Mahavishnu and Sree Nagaraja Swami.
Once a flourishing centre of spiritual learning and Vedic rituals, the temple continues to radiate divine grace through the presence of Mahavishnu, Shiva, Nagaraja, Nagayakshi, Ganapathi, Ayyappa swamy, and Durga Devi. To preserve this timeless heritage and restore the temple’s divine splendor, several sacred renovation works are now in progress.
